Individual Registration (Opens February 4, 2023)


Individual member registration opens February 4, 2023, and is open to all individual memberships, regardless of institutional membership status. You are not able to purchase the conference for an entire department or division; this individual registration will only give you access to the Virtual Conference in the Online Learning Community. The conference sessions will be available through the event but also on-demand for you to view at your convenience for 365 days.

    Full Session Package: NASPA is hosting the 2024 Virtual Conference as an institutional benefit that will allow more access to institutional members and their NASPA individual members through one price. The goal of this conference is to offer and exceptional professional development event that will be a resource for your institution's professional development and retreats throughout the year. The conference includes multiple education session, eight 90-minute workshops focused on the Student Affair's Certification's Domains, and two keynote speakers.

General Policies

Required Attendee Registration All individuals attending the conference must pay a registration fee. All workshops and educational session presenters must be registered!

Substitutions

Substitutions are allowed by individuals within the same institution/company with the same member type. Non-members must have a NASPA profile and NASPA ID#. Please click here to create a NASPA profile. To submit a substitution request, send an email to naspa@maritz.com. Be sure to include the following contact information: both attendees' first and last name, title, email address, and NASPA ID#. 

*You must create a NASPA profile before submitting a substitution request. The request will be denied if both parties do not have a NASPA profile. 

Cancellation Policies

Registration Refund/Cancellation Policy

The cancellation deadline to receive a refund is specific to each event, less an administrative fee.  To cancel a 2024 NASPA Annual Conference registration and request a refund, a written request must be sent to customer service.  Cancellation requests will not be processed over the phone. 

Cancellation Refund Request Deadlines

  • Refund requests received by January 12, 2024, will receive a full refund of your order, less a $50 service and processing fee. Please note, orders include all registration fees paid, including the main conference, pre-conference workshops, and any other ancillary events.
  • Refund requests received between January 13, 2024 and February 2, 2024 will receive a refund equal to 50% of your order.
  • Refund requests received after February 3, 2024 are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process Eligible credit card refunds will be processed within 72 business hours after receipt. For eligible check refunds, please allow 15 business days for processing. After February 2, 2024, all check refunds will be processed approximately 15 business days following the 2024 NASPA Annual Conference.
