Institutional Pre-registration Package Registration

INSTITUTIONAL REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN


NASPA Institutional Member Pre-Registration Package: October 1, 2024, thru February 5, 2025

As an institutional member benefit, NASPA offers an exclusive pre-registration package to NASPA Institutional Members. NASPA Institutional members can register for the conference through their Voting Delegate for one package fee that will grant registration access for all NASPA individual members at that institution for no additional cost. This package is offered for a limited time only through February 5, 2025.

During this period, individuals at member institutions or organizations are encouraged to contact their Voting Delegate or Proxy about this opportunity. Once an institution has purchased the institutional pre-registration package for the Conference, NASPA members from that institution can register for the conference at no additional cost to them. You must have a NASPA membership through the conference dates to be eligible to register as part of the institution conference pre-registration package.

Non-member institutions are not eligible for the institutional pre-registration package. Individual Members from non-member institutions can register for the Conference during the regular registration period beginning February 6, 2025. 

Important Membership Information For Eligibility:

  • NASPA Institutional or Corporate/Non-Profit Member: Institutions that have purchased a NASPA institutional membership for the academic year. Not sure if your campus is an institutional member? Check here.
  • Voting Delegates: Representatives at institutions that typically hold VPSA or the most senior-level student affairs position.

NASPA Individual Member: Individuals with an active NASPA membership. Conference rates are based on membership status at the time of the event. Individual membership is not included in Institutional Membership. Not sure of your individual membership status? Check here
