NASPA has been approved by the Higher Education Consortium for Student Affairs Certification to provide CE credit for Certified Student Affairs Educators (CSAEd). Sessions that qualify for CE credit in this program are clearly identified. NASPA is solely responsible for all aspects of this program.

Use the Credit Information tab at the top of each session to view the credit type and number of credits available. Credit is available for attending live sessions during the conference dates, and viewing sessions on-demand. However, credit will not be awarded for the same session twice (i.e., viewed live and then again on-demand). 

Live Conference Attendance

Please submit continuing education requests for live session attendance by May 16, 2025. In order to receive credit, you must 1) complete the feedback survey in each session, and 2) once all feedback surveys are complete, submit the Certified Student Affairs Educator Continuing Education Request Form, selecting the 2025 NASPA Virtual Conference (live) event. Completing the feedback survey immediately following the session is encouraged. 

On-demand Viewing

Please view all on-demand sessions for which you would like to receive credit and submit continuing education requests for on-demand viewing by June 13, 2025. In order to receive credit, you must 1) complete the feedback survey in each session, and 2) submit the Certified Student Affairs Educator Continuing Education Request Form, selecting the 2025 NASPA Virtual Conference (on-demand) event.

Credit Instructions

1. Register for the Virtual Conference.
2. Attend live sessions from April 9-11, 2025, and/or view on-demand sessions by June 13, 2025. 
3. Fill out the feedback survey for each session you attend.
4. Complete the Certified Student Affairs Educators Educators Continuing Education Request Form. If you are seeking credit for both live and on-demand sessions, you will submit this form twice. 
5. A certificate will be sent via email. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your certificate.
6. Follow the steps from the Higher Education Consortium for Student Affairs Certification to upload your certificate.

NASPA is able to provide a general certificate of attendance to document hours for other licenses or credentials. To find out if this works for your individual continuing education needs, we recommend that you check in with the entity that manages your continuing education process to ask what they will accept. The general certificate may also be used for administrative reasons (e.g., requesting a reimbursement for conference registration).

The certificate includes the conference name, dates, and location; your name; and the number of hours spent in educational sessions. If you have additional specific requirements, please email continuingeducation@naspa.org to request a customized certificate.

Please submit requests by June 13, 2025.
