Developing a Framework: Working with Students Accused of Sexual Violence, Dating Violence, and/or Stalking in Higher Education

Developing a Framework: Working with Students Accused of Sexual Violence, Dating Violence, and/or Stalking in Higher Education is a publication that offers guidance for higher education professionals working with students accused of any form of sexual or gender-based harm. It outlines what supportive services can look like outside of legal or clinical frameworks.

This publication includes theoretical foundations to guide service scope and approach, as well as concrete strategies, language, and tools for campus practitioners. It also offers reflection prompts to support institutional planning, staff training, and adaptation. Its purpose is to support the development of thoughtful, community-aligned services that meet the needs of institutions broadly and inclusively.
