Yet conversations about AI in hiring often focus solely on job seekers while overlooking how employers, HR professionals, and search firms are also leveraging these tools. This session will examine the opportunities, risks, and ethical considerations associated with AI across the talent lifecycle. Through the perspectives of higher education HR leaders, executive search professionals, and career development experts, participants will explore how AI can support efficiency while maintaining fairness, transparency, accountability, and human judgment.
