Student affairs professionals play an essential role in helping undergraduate students discover and prepare for careers in higher education. This webinar introduces the goals and structure of NUFP and provides practical ways for professionals to become mentors, recruit prospective Fellows, develop campus-based support, host professionaldevelopment experiences, and build institutional investment in the next generation of student affairs leaders.
